Audio Description Service

  • Description is provided through headsets at a live theatre event of what is happening on stage during the natural pauses of dialogue.
  • There is no charge for this service, but is limited to specific Dallas performances arranged by RRR.
  • Call RRR for performance schedule.

Transcription Services

  • Available to businesses and organizations requiring text to speech translation: letters, manuals, annual reports, etc.
  • Fees start at $25 per 8 ½ x 11 page, minimum 10 point font, in English.
  • Spanish language versions billed as separate job.

 Recording Studio Rental

  • Studio Rental- $100 for 30 minutes: includes recording time in studio, Engineer to control recording volume and final editing to client satisfaction. All time charged by the ½ hour. Special rates for RRR volunteers.
  • Voice Actor Demo Reel- $50 for 30 minutes, minimum of 3 visits, an average of 8 to 15 hours per demo reel: 30 minute consultation to determine the copy to be read, Recording/Editing session; Post-production to add music, etc.
  • Holiday Greetings- $25 donation to record Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other special greetings to family and friends- a great family keepsake.

Board Room Rental

  • Boardroom will accommodate up to 30 people with tables, 50 auditorium style.
  • Tables and chairs are provided.
  • Catering arrangements must be approved by Executive Director.
  • Fee is $50.00 per hour.
