As a state-chartered 501(c)(3) agency, Reading & Radio Resource relies extensively on support from donors and private contributions. We currently receive less than 25% of our operating funds from the United Way.
Our challenge lies not only in funding operating expenses; we also face an ongoing need to fund capital expense. Having recently completed our capital campaign for the new building and technology update, our continued growth and expanded ability to meet the needs of our listeners will require additional capital investment over time.
Donors have the satisfaction of knowing that a one-time gift is never consumed. Once it is transformed into a recorded book or special radio receiver, it will continue to reach the ears of thousands of individuals long into the future.
